Construction, L.L.C.,
successor
to Max Chipin & Sons, a family owned real estate development
and construction company established in 1922, was formed
in 1978 primarily to offer construction management and
general contracting services for high quality residential
and commercial projects in Philadelphia and surrounding
suburbs.
Since
its inception we have successfully completed projects
with aggregate construction value in excess of $70,000,000.
The types of projects have been condominiums, custom single
family residences, residential additions and renovations,
shopping center renovations, cafeterias, restaurant renovations
and new construction, hospital and medical office renovations,
museum renovations as well as office and retail fit-ups.
We
have experience working with the Department of housing
and Urban Development, The Pennsylvania Housing Finance
Agency, The Army Corp of Engineers, as well as the City
of Philadelphia.
Much of our
work has been in the City of Philadelphia. Union &
Non-Union trade contractors were used to execute these
operations. |
